Use requirements for insulated ladders: All personnel should be trained or instructed before using a ladder. The use of ladders made on site is strictly prohibited. Persons suffering from dizziness or taking medications that may affect body balance are strictly prohibited from using ladders.
Inspection requirements for insulated ladders:
The user shall inspect the insulated ladder before it is put into use. Periodic inspection shall be conducted during the service life and a certificate of inspection shall be attached. At the same time, the insulated ladder shall be inspected before each use to ensure that it is always in good condition; ensure that the working load does not exceed the maximum allowable load before using the insulated ladder; faulty ladders should be stopped from use, affixed with a “No Use” label, and repaired in time; insulated ladders that are seriously bent, deformed, or damaged and cannot be repaired should be scrapped in time. Abandoned ladders should be destroyed to ensure that they are no longer used.

Whether the function of the insulated ladder is suitable for the work; whether the ladder is stable, whether the steps are short or the ladder body is damaged, broken, corroded, deformed or cracked; whether the anti-skid feet are intact; whether the ladder has a certificate of inspection; whether the plug is intact; whether the treads or treads are intact and whether they are attached to soil, oil or grease; whether the hardware is intact (pull rod, rivet, support rod, nut, bolt, foot); whether the tensioning rope, pulley are intact; whether all the fixed binding ropes of the straight ladder, extension ladder and the person-shaped ladder above 2.4m (including 2.4m) are intact.
